had a close one the other day. set a brand new pine street light pole. stopped traffic to pull up two #4 duplex wires from across the street. landed one and when we sucked up the other one the pole snapped and started to lean into the street. Fortunately we also had a bucket in the air. he swung over and held the pole from going on down until we could get pole claws back on it. that was too close! the pole had a couple of large knots that caused it to break about 6 feet above the ground, even though it was new. check em over good on the trailer boys.
