Submitted By - We were soaking up that double bubble on a scorching Sunday Storm Break.  On this trouble ticket the tree crew was instructed to standby until the downed line was fully assessed.  The single phase line was still energized with 4 sol primary hanging off the pole inches from the ground.  When arriving back to the main damage, the neutral was slapping around inches from coming into contact with the primary hanging beside it.  The tree crew had began clearing debris past the next span.  One man was actually tugging on that neutral to free it up.  When he was showed the molten earth leading up to the hot 7KV hanging off the pole that had burnt all night he just laughed and shrugged it off!
